Each syringe of Promax pasties a unique combination of contains

Sunflower Oil, Glutamine, Flavourings, Threonine, Sorbitan Oleate, Colloidal Silica, Pectin, Inulin, b-Glucans, Mannanoligosaccharides, Thaumatin and EC-approvedEnterococcus faecium.

• Montmorillonite clay– helps to absorb extra liquid, coat the gut lining and has excellent adsorbing and coating properties, up to 20 times better than kaolin clay adsorbing pathogens. Montmorillonite has a huge surface area covered in ionic charges which is ideal for coating and protecting the gut mucosa as well as making it a very efficient binder of toxins and pathogens.

PROMAX contains montmorillonite; a special type of clay that can absorb water and bind bacteria, viruses and toxins, enabling them to be flushed out

• Probiotic– high numbers of lactic acid-producingEnterococcus faeciumE1707 help to return a healthy balance and repopulate gut bacteria which has a positive effect on intestinal disorders.E.faeciumhas a very short generation time (18-20 minutes) and so rapidly populates the gastrointestinal tract and produces lactic acid which lowers the intestinal pH and has an inhibiting effect on pathogenic bacterial growth. It adheres to the small intestinal epithelium and inhibits the binding of pathogenic bacteria by competitive exclusion.

• Prebiotic– mannan oligosaccharides are used to aid healthy digestive function by promoting the activity of helpful bacteria.

• Glutamine– is the most important nutrient for rapidly dividing gut cells such as mucosal immune cells and epithelial enterocytes. It helps in maintaining the integrity of the mucosa and reduce bacterial translocation to the mesenteric lymph nodes. Glutamine stimulates both B and T lymphocyte function and increases immunoglobulin synthesis.

• Mannan Oligosaccharide (MOS) –has prebiotic effect in maintaining normal gut flora in dogs, by increasing the populations of non-pathogenic lactobacilli and is effective in the control of pathogeniccoli. MOS attracts pathogens to attach to mannose sugars on its surface rather than to the villi lining the intestine. MOS has been demonstrated to enhance local immunity in the gut by stimulating the proliferation of B lymphocytes and IgA production.

Additives (Per kg)

1m558i Bentonite 169500 mg, Enterococcus faecium (NCIMB 10415) 2 x 1011 cfu, Preservatives 7350 mg.
